FAQ’s

I cannot pair the Aidex X sensor with my phone !

Please ensure your phoneโ€™s Bluetooth is on. If previously paired with another phone, unpair it first. In Bluetooth settings, forget the device and try again. If your phone canโ€™t find the sensor, place the applicator over the sensor for 5 seconds and retry. Also, try restarting your phone.

The Aidex X app is not showing any readings

Make sure your phone is within 2 meters of the sensor. Close and reopen the app, toggle Bluetooth off and on, or restart your phone. You may also log out and log back in to the app.

What should I do if the app shows โ€˜Device Errorโ€™?

LThis usually happens if the sensor site has poor insertion or was impacted. Wait a few minutes, it may resolve on its own. If the issue started within a few days of use, it could be a bad insertion site. If it started after a week, it may be due to adhesive coming loose. If it lasts more than 4 hours, replace the sensor.

Why are there overlapping lines on the glucose graph?

This may happen when you travel across time zones. The system keeps the original time stamps for each reading to maintain accurate glucose history, which may show overlapping curves.

Why am I getting low readings in the first 2 days?

Calibrate the sensor after applying it, and again after 2 days to help stabilize the readings.

Why is there a difference between Aidex X CGM readings and my glucose meter?

CGM measures glucose in interstitial fluid, while meters measure in blood. A slight time delay is normal and expected.

The Aidex X sensor is not sticking properly

Make sure the application area is clean and dry. Avoid applying right after bathing or using oily products. Skin type and friction from clothes can also affect adhesion.

I keep getting frequent high or low alerts

Adjust the high/low glucose thresholds in your app settings according to your personal range.
